AMRA is a Non-Profit Organization

AMRA is a non-profit racing association that is based on good fun and good entertainment.  AMRA started in 2000 with just a few mowers and now we have grown to over 200. We are continuing to grow every year as new people, both racers and spectators, attend our events.

Over the years, we have raised a substantial amount of money for countless charities. Local volunteer fire departments, Foster Care Allowance, Partnership for Children and others have received the benefits of our success.
 
Our goal is to have fun and help others at the same time. We promote a safe environment for the competitors, as well as the spectators. Each race entry must pass a pre-race safety inspection and must adhere to the established race rules. The spectators are able to view the action from a safe, comfortable location. Each venue where the AMRA holds an event, concessions and restroom facilities are readily available. Local community clubs provide the concessions and the entire atmosphere is a family-friendly environment.
